Water temp gauge on p38

My water temp gauge appears to have stuck in the middle its the same when engine is cold any ideas chaps

have you given the dash a tap with your hand?

Thermostat gone tits??

Sorry but you did ask

If any one near you has Rovacom get them to check the gauge, they can make it move indepentantly. If the gauge is fine then its likely that the temp sender is faulty.
Actually thinking about that again, just plug out the temp sender and see if the guage position changes.
