Water pump seal

Got a fairly decent leak from the seal on the water pump, 'P' gasket I fink its called. I've never done one o' these before, anything I need to mind out for? It looks reasonably straight forward, and probably worth doing cambelt at same time? Or is there a shortcut?

Any advice appreciated.
