Water leak help

Got a 300 tdi and seem to have a water leak on the bracket that fits on the head behind the water pump.( Maybe not called a bracket). How hard is it to get this fixed or do yourself.what sort of gasket is in there and why would it leak. Any help would be great.

search for p gasket ,its not to difficult a job

Thanks for that. Had a look and looks like it is quite a lot of work to do on the drive. Any idea what someone would charge and replace the core plug and would it be worthwhile to change water pump at the same time
