Hopefully someone can help, I've got a 1990 200tdi fender that started life as a td. I was out in it a couple of weeks ago, just on the roads and I noticed I had no indicators. I pulled out the relay and it looked wet as hell, I left the fuse box cover off and soon noticed water beginning to pool under the fuse box. Without disassembling the dash I can't seem to fun where it is coming from. Any one has the same issue? Anyone suggest a fix? Or should I just grow a pair and get over it? Thanks LB

i had the same problem, comes in through the bulkhead somewhere, not fixed the leak but put the relay opposite way up so water doesnt leak into it if you know what I mean, touch wood its worked since

Obvious places to check first:

1) Ensure any cables passing through the bulkead in the engine bay are well sealed - I use black gutter sealant

2) Check vent flaps under windscreen are shutting tight and the seals are in good condition

3) Check windscreen seal

Worth having a look at the seal where the windscreen frame sits on top of the bulk head. On mine the water runs along this seal round through the door seal and starts to dribble in go various places
