Washer bottle removal 300 TDI

Right i'm trying to get the washer bottle out so i can get to the area where the wireing loom goes through the bulk head, i've got the top 2 brackets off no problem but the 2 philips screws at the bottom just ent budging and there is next to no room behind there to give it a good twist. any suggestions?

had this problem on my disco return valve leaking . Any way if you look under the wheel arch you will see the two offending screw nut's just grind them off then refit with new bolt's only way
