Warning triangle & book displayed on heater panel

Hi I have just changed hi low panel with mode switch which meant taking off side panels etc. ive put everything back together. Now I have a warning triangle and also a book symbol on heater display havnt noticed it there before. Battery went flat so had to take off and recharge.

any ideas ????
