Hi,

Ive being on the prowl for a Landy for a few months now and wont be happy until I have one!

I have no preference to what Series but it must be tax exempt, ideally it will have a canvas back :) but not a necessity!!

Ive seen there are others who are also in the same boat on landyzone so I will get reading!

I was hoping to spend 2k ish and would like something in reasonable condition and MOT'd. I want it for pottering around in and maybe light off roading.

Any info or ideas would be great! I live in Staffordshire.

Thanks for looking!

:welcome2:
Think 1970 Series 2a or Early series 3 as long as it registererd before 1st of jan 1973 I think the date is after that then it's Taxed

I have a 2a Blooming easy to work on if you are confident enough.

think main thing on them is check the chassis completly, and the bulkhead

With that sort of money you should be able to get a real goodun but worth taking someone with you that knows their way round an old landy.......you need to be able to tell the good rumbles/crunches/whines/rattles from the bad ones.....oh and :welcome2:
