I would be more than happy to work on any beemer for that money!!
Its just taken a main dealer in Stoke 6 days to get a fan belt for a 1993 740 and then it was wrong
.
Local parts supply got the water pump in 1/2 an hour and new pulley(plastic) at the moment we have six belts all the wrong size two of which have the right part number for BMW.
Its good to know that your money is well spent with your main dealer.
