Hi everbody. love the site. hope to post some sensible stuff.
I have always loved landies. i have a discovery 2 td5 which has cost me thousands over 2 years, you name it. flywheel clutch, abs unit, wheels sensors, front diff, suspension, LEAKS!!! handbrake failure and rolling into a house. but i still love it. i have some colway ctrax for those muddy days and the defender boys are amazed at how well the traction control works and how good the axle articulation is with the air suspension rear. Oh and its comfy and a cracking stereo :) I also just bought my son 15, a lr 90 to do up over the next 2 years so i will be looking for some bits soon. 1.5" lift kit to start and some tyres as the all terains just dont cut it in proper mud.

Anyhow as i say I LOVE LANDIES! despite everthing. Oh but i was disapointed when i drove the new lr3.

oops nearly forgot, the wife has a freelander td4 very underated, now this should upset a few. but it drove straight up the field yesterday with new michilins on, and the lr90 needed difflock. and the discovery with the pirelli scorpoins just sat there with traction control trying to work out what was going on LOL

Sorry for the long introduction, but i just started rambling.
Cheers
Graham

Ah nice to meet u 2.
I work very near crofty, in penclawdd.
Crofty hasnt changed much. still damp. Cockles are they order of the day
with a lot of big Dutch companies moving in.

I knew the Hazells and the Darks from Crofty, besides a few others,
The hazells have lived there through several generations so they will know your Mum, I will be seeing them on Saturday when we do a bit of off road
so it will give us something to talk about!!
