Hi all
So my P38 2001 jersey import has developed a constant a very loud air blowing noise that seems to be disconnected from how strong the air con is on. It is coming from under the passenger footwell/behind the glove box.

sounds like when you put air con to max and it works really hard to blow loss of air, only no significant air coming out of the vents (is some though so air con still seems to be mostly working if not working great).

Noise doesn’t seem to change if I turn the air con off off or down. Almost sounds to be like a pipe has fallen off somewhere and air is blowing where it shouldn’t? Any ideas?
Attached some videos of the noise
also side note - glove box won’t open for some reason if anyone knows about that?

Likely to be the blower speed control circuit on that side.
