Vented Brakes

Good afternoon and festive greetings!

Looking to update the brakes on my 96 LR Discovery 300 ES to vented discs, do i require anything to ensure they fit?

Do you mean vented discs or slotted / drilled discs?
If you currently have solid / unvented discs, you can fit slotted / drilled ones, but not vented ones, unless you change the calipers too (the vented discs are thicker).

I can now understand the difference

Shall now be going for the slotted/drilled discs, as the additional new callipers sound expensive.
