No. You can buy the silicon fluid on eb ay but we don't know the eggsact amount to put in. There's also re-con vcu's available. Some are betterer than others. Be careful yer don't buy from a crap one if yer choose this option. Test yer vcu with the "one wheel up test"

Got to agree don't buy a dodgy one with whats at stake and the cost if it goes wrong. Bells are the ones to use and for around £250 with bearings its worth the cost.
These are known and tested and where my next in will come from. Also had one from them previous on the last freelander
