not that its needed for replacing. In the fleelander section there is talk of reconditioning their vcu's?
anyone tried the p38 version? o_O

I don't believe anyone currently on here has tried it. And I believe the general consensus was don't try it! But you never know until you try, as long as you can afford the mistakes.

just curious after seeing a couple of videos on the pootube.
one problem would be resealing it as it sits in close quarters to its surroundings.
the fleelander vcu has more space around it, therefore can be closed up with less of an issue.

RTC6044 used to be also available as RTC6044R reconditioned unit. No longer available according to Rimmers. But others have them at around £500.00.
