Following on from my problem the other week when my injector pump died and was replaced by a garage who managed to lose most of my undertray screws/bolts.
Since the injector pump was changed my car has a very loud whooshing/whistling noise when the turbo kicks in - wasn't like that before the garage did the work. I was going to buy the DPH set anyway so thought maybe this is a good time to do it. Fitted all the new hoses - old ones looked solid despite being very oily. All fitted correctly but noise is still there.
I'm certain it's a vacuum hose split or come loose but unsure of the routing of the hoses. Does anyone have a diagram where they go?
My car (TD4 2005) has done 101k miles, EGR bypass fitted for over a year, no loss of power, no smoke. Just much louder than it used to be.
