v8 no power

Hi all please help, I have a 4.0l disco v8 1999 has been running fine then suddenly after a short stop it lost power and miss fires, cut a long storey short, when parked runs fine when under load has no power and misfires. I have changed the coil packs, leads, plugs, fuel pump, and mass air flow meter, also pluged in and no faults showing. Please help thanks Rupert

Might need to adjust the air fuel ratio used by the carb....I'm no expert tho, but my very tired Landry needed it often

mate do a search ther is loads of info on V8's i would even say there are some doctors for that engine but i might get flamed

hi the 4.0l does not have carbs but yes could be a mixture or fuel pressure prob thanks.

It won't be long until our resident v8 expert some along, he can get any v8 to run and should take him seconds to get it going
