V6 Exhaust blowing at manifold

Looks like I need to change the gasket.

Is this as much hassle as it looks? Any tips available??

The worst one the. It's not impossible to get at. Try giving the nuts a tweak, I often find a couple loose as they are a challenge to do correctly !
