Hi
although I don't get the Freelander till saturday, there seams to be some work to do on it, the hidden toolbox hole in the rear is slightly damp, so maybe a new rear door seal ? then the radio/becker sat nav unit is useless so will be looking to change that in the future....oh, and a slight oil drip from the rear diff.
The rest of it is 122,000 miles new ird/vcu and prop shafts/wheel bearings, so that covers most of the horrors of these motors.
look forward to much advice from all you owners in the future, I will need it.
