Used 1989 110 Defender - things to look out for

Hi all i am a new member and i love Landrovers. Never got a chance to get one until only recently. There is 1989 used 110 defender on sale and i am really considering it. Any pointers on what i should be careful of?

Rusty rear cross members and ouriggers...rusty bulkheads behind the heater box. Siezed on rear drums....leaky swivvels. oh and if its a 2.5td read up on here via the search button

ya furgot, dodgy leccies,dodgy door lock mechanisms,rusty doors un various leaks.
