Urgent advice and help needed for my 1995 4.6 Gems engine.

Hi, my 95 4.6HSE suddenly stalled and started intermittent misfires about 10 miles when I parked and started again the idle was very rough and smell of unburned fuel from exhaust and explosion noises from exhaust and intake pipes and stopped on street i towed home tested fuel pressure is normal, changed fuel filter, then tried again it cranks, fires except 1st and 3rd coils, I got P1371 and P1373 codes but not started. then I changed suspicious coils with new ones but nothing changed ,still no spark on 1st and 3rd coils. then I checked flywheel there s no missing/broken nails all lookin good but reluction ring is looks like a bit loosened but not hit on ckp sensor. while checking ckp I saw water leakage from engine and saw its come from inlet manifold gasket so I changed the inlet manifold gasket and hoses and injector o rings too, but again nothing changed stil non starting issue I have.. now battery is on its 4th charging circle. waiting for ur replies, thank you all from now.
