I had standard Wipac halogen conversions on my old mini. And the wife's mini had these on, way better.

They look good.
Does anyone know if the side bulbs are in it as well or is it a true like for like replacement?

I put the crystals on mine over a year ago a great improvement. Definitely recommend them.

No side lights in the ones I got.

My defender, has no sidelight bulb in the main light unit, the sidelight is the small light near to the indicator, but the headlight bulb is powered via a resistor and so is lit when the sidelights are switched on but less brightly than on dipped headlights.

Old minis and the likes have built in sidelights but not Defenders.

I bought a pair of 100w bulbs from a parts co on eBay recently, huge improvement.. and only £5 inc postage

..will have to swap them out for the MOT though so I am told..10 minute job
