Updated Microcat

1 thing Matt.
Every time I use microcat the date and time change on my computer then I get all sorts of security certifcate errors.

Got any idea what is happening?

Yer the microlaunch program changes the date of your computer to march 2010 without the program changing the date of your Microcat will not launch. This is a security feature of Microcat to stop people using out of date versions of the software, when you exit the software it will put the date and time back correctly.

Ta mate, mine isn't resetting but as long as know I haven't got a virus, I'm happy to do it manually.

First off thanks for Microcat 2010 runs on my MacBook Pro with boot camp and Win XP with no problems.
Now you asked if there was anything else... Any chance of a workshop manual for the Discovery 3? I have hunted high and low and can't find anything, even trying to buy a paper version as is available for the P38 has drawn a blank. I am hankering after a LR3 you see!
As your website is 'made on a mac' have you managed to make RAVE run under OS X yet?

Hi Ian,

No you can't run RAVE on a mac i run it in a virtual xp machine on my mac. Sorry to tell you but there is no 'RAVE' version for the Disco 3, Land Rover stopped updating the RAVE technical system after the 2003 Range Rover model. To access workshop manuals for any models after 2003 you have to buy a subscription to the Land Rover Topix Technical system, TOPIx - TOPIx here you can pay to access all the workshop manuals, service bulletins etc...

Sorry its not better news, but i my self have purchased a subscription to the Topix system and it does contain all the info you should need.

Are you launching the program through microlaunch? If using micro launch doesn't fit it just change the date and time on your computer to any date in march 2010 then try opening the program again.
