The hole is currently only about a foot square and 6"deep. But I don't think it would take too much to extend or alter it slightly??

I've got a degree in digging holes and making em bigger if you want a professional opinion on it?...
:p

The wife has been trying to get me to fill it in, but I knew it would come in handy!

I can't wait to see the look on her face when I tell her iv sold my hole to another bloke!

Ahh brill. What's the best way to transport it? I have asked the question before and a courier wouldn't collect.

For a hole that size I'd suggest a box about six by twelve inches and put a postal order for £2 in it, that way it gives the OP enough money to buy half a roll of turf to cover the hole when he gets it... :scratching_chin:

Thinking about it, are you offering the void (q.v. 'Hole') or the contents of the hole because that's a whole different ball game...:scratching_chin::scratching_chin::scratching_chin::scratching_chin:

Thank you chunkymonkey it's certainly worth asking them. I see I have a PM but can't work out how to access it - presume its more abuse as per Soloby Rob's "one post knob jokey". I think I've managed to resolve the LHD light issue so I'm afraid I can't provide any further ammo for the oddballs on the forum....

I've not sent you a PM matey but all you have to do to read your PM is click on 'your notifications' under your name top right corner in the header tool bar. :D

Thank you boys and girls; flattered to get so many responses. Suspect it may not be worth getting rid off and appreciate the advice to try eBay. Plan is to mod for snow and Alp use - change tyres to winter compound, upgrade lights and change to LHD, rmve 3rd seats and have cushions made. If I need to lose some height would a lower profile tyre help or will I be forced to use lowering springs?
Big concern is turning lock but have heard 30mm spacers will permit adjustment stops to be wound in enough to make a difference.
Watch this space as I slowly ruin my car and make a total pigs ear of the mods....

Some Goodrich all terrain tyres will stand you in good stead mine serve me well in most situations that normal and weather related are likely to chuck at me.
