Super noob question,

Replacement UJs on a 90 200 TDi am I looking for 90 UJs or Disco UJs?
Or am I going to have to take an existing UJ off and *sigh* clean it to find the part number?

What year? If it's an original , say early 1990s, then it's a 90 prop for sure. If you know the VIN, you could just use the Famous Four website to find the right part.

Check you slider as well any more than a knatts cock free play means its new prop time, not dear and much easier.

If its been converted to 200TDi wouldn't it be Disco UJs because of the transfer box? This vehicle really isn't standard.

When a conversion is done, i believe the transfer sits in the exact same spot, disco or standard 90 one. If you were to buy a disco one, the disco is 100inch, meaning you would have a much longer prop shaft. If there is a tiny bit of difference in position, it would be taken up by the slider. Get 90 ones, it's based on wheelbase. 90inch over 100inch. You see what i mean?
