I drove a lane today which is less than 5 miles from my house and it has to be one of the best lanes i have driven in a long time, it was about 3/4 of a mile long running between two fields with a drainage ditch either side. not wide enough to turn around so i was going forward what ever. about 500 yards in there was a tractor rut quite deep looking so went drive around it when my nsr rear wheel slid into the hole. i wish i had taken a photo as i was at a ridiculous angle with all wheels spinning in diff lock ended up using winch round a tree to pull myself out(first time used in anger) the rest of the lane not as bad but gave me a real buzz all the way down. just goes to show you do not have to go far to get great lanes .....
