Under floor cross member replacement s3

Anybody got any experience of fitting new rear underfloor cross members

to a swb series 3. Can they be fitted with the tub on?

Dunno. I had my tub off when I did mine. Easy enough to pop rivet on. I'm sure I've seen posts from people who've fitted them in situ.

It depends which one needs replacement. It's usually the rear most unit that goes rotten and I've replaced insitu. I used an old inner tube to keep floor and cross members apart. I also had it galvanised before I slipped it in! FYI LR Series would be cheaper as would Paddocks or Island4x4 among others
