hey Guys,

New to the forum, I’m lookng for some advice...

I live in London in the dreaded ULEZ that’ll come in soon, my question is do you think this will hammer the prices of land rovers?

I’m looking at buying my first 90/110 soon and it’s playing on my mind.

Also what do you think to this? This is slightly over my budget but for (what looks like) a decent TD5 from a dealer I’d be willing to go for it...

Cheers!!

Google walton motors (or any dealer really) carefully.

Also think carefully about how ULEZ will affect you and an older landrover - find out why kind of landrover it needs to be to be allowed in.

I don’t know the details but I suspect older, non-genuine county station wagons won’t be exempt.

You could end up with a lovely vehicle you can’t keep at your house

Just googled Walton Motors! WOW! Will be staying clear! Do you know of any good dealers?

The only landy I can purchase is one made in 2016 which is way too expensive for my budget the other option is to go classic as they’re exempt... ulez comes in on 2021 so any model made in 1981 or before. Not sure about going that old, must be so many problems with those models huh?

They are more agricultural that’s for sure, but not that different to an90/110/defender - it’s all about maintenance, would it be your everyday vehicle?

Other option might be to look at a petrol engine model?

Ulez definitely won't damage prices. They are going for far more than they are worth now and prices are increasing.
