Ive just done a quick search , and a hero of mine :) bustersbus , has shown how to swap uj's thankyou bustersbus , is it really that easy ? , there has to be some gremlin's lurking ,
 
Mine were proper stuck, took every ounce of my mate's 12 ton press to get them out. I think that squished the yokes a bit and the rplacements were a reet bugger to get in. There's a fred on it somewhere. If your existing UJs are so widged in it shouldn't be too bad, maybe soak 'em overnight in WD40, make sure you get the right size replacements and get gooduns - GKN from mailorder4x4 are only six and a half quid.

Done mine yesterday on the front prop. Took me about 6 hours altogether as everything was siezed. Not to hard though, but I have a bad neck today from lying around under the car!!
