tyres ,bluetooth

Hi, I've just bought a 2006 vogue 3 Ltd diesel, fantastic vehicle,
102,000 miles.
The tyres have a bit of wear on front inner and outer, what brand is best,
(Sonar tyres) fitted all round, steering feels vague, and no bluetooth for
Phone, nokia cradle fitted, and no sound on wireless headphones for DVD.
Are these usual problems? Any remedies
