TV not working any ideas?

I have a 2003 53 Range Rover Vouge 4.4 V8 petrol & when I turn the tv on it just shows static Has anyone any ideas what this could be or is it possible to fit a freeview tuner & tune it to the AV channel? I can't seem to get the telephone bit to work either & was wondering if it was fitted to my car, it has the steering wheel R/T button and a picture of a telephone on the sat nav unit but no mention of a telephone in the list (sat,radio,computer etc)?
Soo much stuff on these cars I'm still finding things a week after buying it, love it

anything to do with the digital switchover? assume its using an old receiver and not digital?

using a freeview adapter should work but not sure how good?

some cars have the phone buttons and software but may not be enabled? is there anywhere for a sim card or does it bluetooth to existing phone?

Yea the analog signal has been switched off you need a digital converter
Not sure if thers a proper rr convertor but you can buy incar digi boxes from ebay that will hook up to the av channel

The digi box thing sounds good, has anyone done this mod? Can't see anywhere to plug a sim card in but assume they would'nt have put the buttons on the steering wheel & nav system if it's not got phone?

Differant regons are been turned of at differant times i dont know about your area but yorkshire getting turned of this week
glidmans area probably already turned of and your area will be in the next 2or3 weeks

I fitted to my mondeo a year or so back with a popout screen worked great but cant realy drive with it on! Signal brakes up! get a deasent arial too the ones they send in the box are crap

yes most probably but lets be honest who cares i dont watch it anyway,i drive my car and watch tv at home with a can of beer lol
