Hey guys long time no see...sorry about that.....Rusty is running well so not been posting much....but heres one... I am Thinking of putting a turbo timer on my disco cause I have been told that I am not giving it enough time to slow down when i turn it off would this be a good idea or what....cheers...Rog..xx:D

as long as you wait until the revs are at idle before switching off all should be fine.
never rev up the thing and then switch off. like some numptys do. the turbo requires lube oil and when the engine stops there is no lube oil.
but the turbo spins so fast that damage can/will occur if switching the engine off at more than idle.
