Turbo making noise TD5

I have a 2000 TD5 and when I come to a stop and turn engine off, the turbo takes quite a while to run down and makes what I think is a bearing noise until stopped ( takes about 30 seconds to run down once engine turned off).
Are there any bearings that can be replaced or is the turbo stuffed.

its not the turbo it will be the oil spinner and is normal, also its posted in the wrong section

Its a good sign that you can hear the oil spinner slowing down, if they are silent usually means they are clogged with black sludge.
