Turbo hose freelander 2

Hi
The turbo hose on my freelander 2 has split. I’ve now bought 3 off of various websites and they are all too small 65mm outside diameter.
When I measure the one on there it’s nearer 75mm??
I replaced it a couple of years ago and the first one I bought fitted.
Does anyone know what I’m doing wrong. Or can anyone help me.
