I as anybody managed to fit a turbo gauge in a 300TDI that doesn't vibrate like the OH secret lover and make a rattling noise the same. I've fitted a flow T piece in but takes away the true reading of the gauge. Any advice greatly received,
Grez

If your problem is a rattly needle then put one of those cheap plastic fuel filters in the hose from the gauge to the manifold / turbo.
This will dampen the pulsing effect & cushion the needles wobble

Hopefully

Hi Rich, Yes tried it, it works but doesn't give a full boost reading, Im guessing I'm going to have to change the gauge, right now its closed, so nothing. I was thinking of blanking of again and trying one of the new digital ones,
Thanks

Try one of the 'fish tank' air valves in the line, use it to throttle the flow to the gauge but will have a laag on the readings :-?

Also, the cheaper guages tend to be noisy but it's painful to pay £50+ over £10ish for the possibility :-!
