hi my back box on my exhaust has broken off

so i was going to get a new back section for it but a friend told me that if i just get a stright down pipe with no back box on i will get more mpg out of my 110. is this true

haha!

do you mean a straight THROUGH pipe? not sure if you will get more mpg. i think its doubtfull. Just get another box 2nd hand off ebay for cheap chips.

iv got a full straight through system 3" bore,i dont know if yul get more mpg but ya will need a louder radio!

i got rid of the back box and replaced it with a stainless steel exhaust, supposed to get more mph i've not noticed
