Is the truck top a one size fits all or were there different ones?
I have a series 3 with seat belt bar which I think would have to be removed first.

Yes it is one size fits all. Hold onto the seat belt bar. Do you have a canvass top? It's with the canvass tilt. If its original it's worth holding on to. The truck cab requiries it's own seat belt fixings. Original fittings may be unobtainable. Do you have a parts manual? All listed parts required are set out.

The truck cabs fit all series. One small difference is an 88 as you need a filler plate. Whereas on a 109 the truck cab sits on the bulkhead as the bulkhead is further back.

Thanks gents,
Yes it's an 88" with original tilt and frames which I will keep. I'd only consider fitting the truck top in the winter - and was thinking I could maybe alter the angle of the seat belt bar to fit inside the scope of the truck top - as it has no seat belt mountings.

Regarding the filler plate - maybe I could make something up if it's just a case of a " window shelf" in flat plate to keep the cold out.

Ahem, yeah I think S1 at 80 inch wb is an issue. I don't think I've ever seen a S1 swb with a truck cab. Seen a lwb.

The truck cab seat belt fitting is an upright bracket that fixes into the corner. Space is very tight in a truck cab.

All Series ? Even Series One ? Or don't they count ?
The series 1 truck cab is unique to the series 1 as such I doubt there would be any confusion or need to ask would it fit a series 1. As most series 1 owners are also very particular on period correct parts I doubt someone would ask if the more common truck cab shape would fit a series 1 as it would quite obviously look out of place especially as a quick Google search shows a very flat truck fitted to series 1 and then series 2's onwards all looking rather similar. So to answer your question no a series 1 didn't count in this thread as common sense would dictate that a series 1 truck cab is completely different.
