Can anybody help me to fix some trouble on my Hippo?

How to fix 3 amigos with the icarsoft when the icarsoft say that he can't communicate with ABS ECU?
I try with a DELPHI too but same problem... can't communicate with ABS ECU
and after the change of my fuel pump 2 month ago, I have some trouble under 2000RPM... in acceleration the engine give wolves but not all the times... sometimes when it's cold and sometimes when it's hot...
No fan comes on... Sensor changed... no fan.. temp gauge stay in middle and no fan come except when I disconnect the sensor..
