Trouble with disco 3 manual

Hi
Just bought a disco 3 manual,was told it needed a clutch.In the car the clutch feels ok but no drive at all.nothing seems to be turning. gears seem to select ok but no drive.we will check the driveshafts and cv joints but we don't think it's them. Car has been stood for 6 months any ideas???

I’ve had the same on an auto, turned out to be front drivers CV joint had failed
