Trip to the Highlands in June 2011

Hello together,

I'am organizing a trip to Schotland in June 2012.

We would like to use the ferry to Hull and than go up North.

We will travel with appr. 10 Defenders, all members of my favorite German Forum Landrover - Die private Plattform für alle Landrover-Freunde..

We are planning to make two nights B&B and to stay the rest in our rooftents.
We want to visite a distillery, some castles, do a guided Offroadtour, see as much as possible of the beautifull country and have fun and drink a lot of beerand cider!

I would appriciate if I could get some help from Landyzone-members in giving advice for nice rides (Offroad/Onroad), nice camp-grounds for 10 Cars (May be in someonce backyard), etc.etc.

Well, you know one place you're all welcome to stay! We'll fire up the barbecue and get the beers in! Don't think we'll manage to get all the Landies on our drive BUT we are surrounded by fields so we will be speaking to the neighbours. Oh yes, and there will be a couple of nutters up here who'll be happy to join in some of the adventures. :biggrin1:

I already have made plans with the fields around Your house!

But, be prepared, we will bring a couple of dogs in!

It is getting a hairy barbecue evening/night/morning/day/evening/ night/morning ....
