Trayback - How much should I pay??

Hi All.

I'm thinking of buying a trayback chassis, engine and gearbox ripe for re-building.

What chassis would you recommend, and how many £'s would I be looking to part with.

Any help would really be appreciated.

A defender or disco would probably be the best, price wise people's projects will differ in quality, spec and materials used so the price is quite variable, have a look on ebay under bobtail or trayback to give you an idea of price/condition.

If you can weld/have access to pipe bender then it may even be cheaper to pick up a standard landy and do your own design from there.
