Transfer box leak?

The transfer box has a good coating of oil all over it and I can smell warm gear oil after we have been for a run. I have done a search and it looks like there is a common problem with leaking oil seals?

Are there 2 oil seal or just one?

I have read busters post and I can see how one of the seals is replaced but is there another?

Disco 1 (LT77 box I think) quite a covering of oil along the whole of the bottom of the transfer case. At the back of the transfer case, up quite high the wires from what looks like a switch / sensor are covered too. The handbrake drum (at least thas what I think its is) looks quite dr though.

Rear oil seal maybe? Is this a box out job?
