Traction control / difff lock

Two queries , can easily turn on / off tc on a 2004 discovery 2 and what are the chances of the transfer box having the diff lock hardware . Some posts say that after 2001 it wont exist.

if you get under the car and look on the side of the gearbox thers a plate that will tell you the answer sorry for the other guy's it saturday and abuse comes free.

No im not a proper land rover driver . I cant a afford a defender with a snorkel , diff guards sump guards , wolf wheels , roof tent , chequering and countless other bits of kit you dont need 99.9% in the uk
