Towing with Freelander 2.0 diesel

Hi there

I am just about to purchase a Freelander 2.0 diesel primarily as a run about
but with the occasional use as a tow car for caravan. Has anyone out there
any experience of towing using the 2.0 diesel & what if any mods have they
made.
