tow ropes

    hi chris ere.
    i need a tow rope , but so many.
    can any other members advise me ,
    must be well stong for off roading, cheers chris

    found a place that makes your tow ropes to any length,
    mudfords at sheffield.
    sisal ..15 feet loops at each end , 28mm breakin strain 5 half ton,s £12.75p
    manilla..15 feet loops at each end 48mm breakin strain 9 tons,s £36.32p
    nylon..15 feet loops each end 28mm breakin strain over 12 ton,s £30.20p
    all subject to vat.

    Cheers for the info though.
    It's defo safer to get propper ropes/slings that are wieght rated, I have seen a couple of near misses and one serious accident with people using crap ropes.
