Tow ball weight limitation

Using my diesel FL2, I intend to tow an off-road caravan (about 1250 kgs when loaded) that has a nose weight greater than 150 kgs - closer to 180 kgs I estimate. The FL2 manual clearly indicates that although a nose weight of 150kg is permissable, up to 250 kgs is possible with a proportionate decrease in cargo.
Does this imply that my Land Rover OEM tow bar is able to handle a 250 kg nose weight, or is an upgraded tow bar required?

think it means you can have a higher nose weight, but overall towing weight must be less than the maximum of 2000 kgs, therefore to tow max payload nose weight must not exceed 150kgs, for higher nose weight reduce total payload weight.
