torque setting for block drain plug

Not that tight, I just do it by feel and nip it up rather than tighten it right down. I don't know the torque setting.
 
I always put a couple of wraps of PTFE tape around the threads on taper plugs like gearboxes and axes, gives slight help with the sealing and makes it easier to remove the plug when needed
