Hi,
Does anyone have the torque spec's or a graphs for the following vehicles of around 2014 manufacturing date or know where I could find them.
Rather fancied the a 5.0 Ltr SC Sport. but can not find any torque specifications other than max. If this is at high revs, it would not be very good for the occasional Caravan trip. Hence my interest in the lower rev torque levels.
5.0 Ltr SC Sport.SVR
5.0 Ltr SC Sport.(pre SVR)
4.4 Ltr SD v8 Sport.
3.0 Ltr V6 Sport.
Many thanks in advance for any help.

Any of those will haul any size of caravan as quickly as it's safe to go up the side of a mountain. My old P38 manages well enough with a fraction of the torque any of those cars has.

Well I can say my old P38 manual with 218K on it probably would pull our caravan up the side of a mountain quite slowly but . It's time to get something newer with more grunt so I can relax a bit more and not have to change gear all the time at the slightest incline and now give the old P38 an easier life..
Years ago I had for several years old Pontiac Firebird Formula 400 6.6 Ltr and would like to have another V8 but was concerned particularly with the 5.0 Ltr Petrol Super Charged might have very little torque at low revs and not tow too well.. If that was the case it would burn fuel like fuel no tomorrow like the old Firebird which ran at about 13 to 14 mpg with a caravan on the back..

Unlike a turbo engine supercharged will have power from the word go.
