Got 100 out of mine, very long gentle downhill gradient, took ages but the old girl did it, for areound 30 seconds!! Checked the speed on the Sat Nav fro slightly better accuracy than hte speedo.

best i got was 90mph ( ish) but that were scary and i think it worried every one around as there were no cars coming anywhere near me

Untill you come to a hill as a start to slow down as 300 Tdi's do... not much fun there. Get a V8, hills what hills, 110 on the flat and 120 down hill but only if you can stand the racket the rev limiter makes as I found out last summer in Germany

I didn't know disco wheels were speed rated but then i've never looked, although my Goodyear tyres have an H speed rating.

I ran it to 90 the next day I bought it, mainly to test how the beast behaved ... I quickly understood it is not meant for speed !
