Oil in injector wiring loom

Do you know what I would need to do to solve this, thanks for pointing out the problem...

Remove the red multiplug from the ECU. If there are signs of oil contamination you will need to fit a new injector wiring loom (about £40)inside the engine rocker cover. You will also need to flush the oil out the rest of the wiring loom. Do a search and you should find a picture guide on what to do and how to do it.

i have the same problem kind of, mine is a 300tdi automatic, it struggles up hills, only does 70mph and when it goes in last gear, if i move the accelerator down even a mm it gears itself down and sounds like it going to blow, could this also be my problem. i looked to find the pictures how to fix it but couldnt, any help on the right direction to look.

Yours is NOT the same fault. You have a different engine and ECU to the TD5. Try blanking off your egr valve and flushing your intercooler out. That should help.

the diagnostic picked up exactly what Ratty suggested, this is not in the process of being fixed with an updated replacement loom. How do you close a thread, thanks all
