The top part of my boot won’t open anymore, even when I press the button on my key fob, nothing happens, neither pushing the button on the boot itself or on the front console, what can this be?

Have you tried pushing back on it, to make sure it's properly seated, then trying again?

yes, ive got it open via the sting inside and closing it good, still no luck, removed the latch, put it back in, checked the fuse, everything seems fine, its just the latch doesnt respond to anything
