Hi folks,

I have had some "jibes" from some forum memebers about the tonneau cover which came with my truck cab.

You can see it on my flickr site:

I have not got the hooks down the side of the tub as it started life as a van.

Anyone seen anywhere that might sell/supply something better?

My one has some struts inside so it lifts like a boot which is cool. Just wondered my options.

I've got a custom made All Wheel Trim cover that was designed for the rear of my double cab.

Very nicely made and pretty robust, with a bit to go over the spare wheel when mounted, but they are pretty pricey.

Managed to get mine off eBay so keep your eyes peeled.

Paddocks an Craddocks sell the rope hooks, you want the rivet on ones. Yer need some big rivets an a big rivet gun as well. See Yella fer the rivets an me father in law fer the rivet gun, they've probly run out by now though. An yer can get a bungee type fishnet stockin thing from Machine Mart fer less than a Tenner that's heaps betterer than chuffin chequer plate.

Yeah but not as secure though!

Yeah true. I might have a word with a local sail maker to see if they can fashion me a cover out of some thick sail material. Should be a goer!
